Direct customer service operates through the 100% digital telephone system and DDG. To complete the agility of the process, all commercial procedures, from the purchase order to the dispatch of products, are computerized.

Zanzini Móveis' suppliers are renowned companies, highly qualified in their fields of activity and approved by the Zanzini Supplier Qualification and Assessment System, established to guarantee the quality of inputs and raw materials used in the manufacturing process.
The main raw material used by Zanzini Móveis is agglomerated wood panels, covered with cellulosic film of the "Finish Foil" type or with "Low Pressure" ("BP") melamine laminate.
